Grant leads Beanstalk's Diagnostic & innovation roadmap practice

Grant has deep experience in opportunity identification and evaluation, including in multi-billion dollar due diligence evaluations. He joined Beanstalk after running the Corporate and Customer Strategy team at Bankwest, prior to which he spent six years at the Boston Consulting Group where he worked with some of the world’s most innovative companies.

More recently he has led a 24-month engagement to develop the strategy, culture, systems, and supporting technology mix for real-time dashboards to enable data-driven decisions for operations and executive management at one of Australia’s most innovative Wagyu producers​
